Meadow Ridge Maple

Maple Syrup Producer

Hosted by Jim and Donna Fischer

Meadow Ridge Maple is a part of Fischer Lind Farms Ltd., a spousal partnership between Jim and Donna Fischer. In addition to maple syrup the 3 farms produce corn, soybeans, wheat, and forest products. The maple bush is located on our 5th generation home farm immediately south of Walkerton. It is actually a mixed-wood forest of several hardwood and softwood species with maple being the dominant one. Pipelines bring fresh sap from 800 taps along a ridge and down across an open meadow to two collection points near our sugar camp, hence the name “Meadow Ridge”. We use modern maple equipment and technology incorporating an energy efficient wood-fired evaporator. We are proud to offer you a quality product that is 100% natural, pure and made in Bruce County.
