Along with Maple Syrup & Maple Butter, we offer pure Maple Syrup based sweet treats made with syrup harvested, boiled & bottled in Ontario. We bake mainly with butter along with a touch of love & kindness, as well as other simple, healthy, natural ingredients like Mom & Grandma used to use. Specializing in Salted Maple Syrup chelsea buns, Maple Syrup butter tarts in butter sour cream pastry, Maple Syrup glazed fresh carrot (& other) cakes, Maple Syrup glazed seasonal fruit slab pies, Maple Syrup fudge & more, even smoky Maple Syrup BBQ sauce! We pride ourselves on providing fresh, never frozen food that brings back memories of days past. All food is prepared & packaged in our home based commercial kitchen which is regularly inspected by Hastings Prince Edward Public Health. Tanya is a certified Ontario food handler.
