Jameswood Maple is a 1200 tap operation located 15 minutes west of Almonte on Wolf Grove Road. We use vacuum assisted pipeline that brings all the sap to the camp in a closed system. Our award winning syrup is produced in modern stainless steel pans, over a high efficient wood burning evaporator. Our procedure allows us to make a large percentage of the Golden and Amber grades of syrup. Syrup making has been in the James family for over 100 years, here in the Lanark Highlands. Come visit our operation and help us celebrate another day in the sugar bush.
