Here at Maple Heights Farms we have a family-centred farm where there is an abundant and diverse forest that is a beautiful place to enjoy the wonders of nature and to harvest sap from our lush sugar bush. We have several acres of maple sugar bush where we mainly use a pipeline sap collection system. We love to have visitors to our sugar shack in the early spring to see how we produce delicious pure Canadian maple syrup in our wood-fired evaporator.

We are committed producing high-quality local products, such as our pure maple syrup, that will help grow our community in a positive and healthy way. We are a farm that is very much built with family, friends and the community in mind. We are so grateful to be part of the beautiful Town of Innisfil and we hope to see many of our neighbours and visitors from throughout the County of Simcoe and beyond here on the farm for years to come.
