Fort Rose Maple Company is a family owned and operated maple syrup production and pancake house. In 2023 we are celebrating our 31st season. As of 2022 we have 11000 taps in local sugar bushes, with this we have installed a new and more efficient wood burning evaporator. Our pancake house is open the end of February through the month of March, Saturday and Sundays only. The store is open 9:00am to 5:00pm, 7 days a week, year round.
