Maple Syrup Producer

Our family has been producing maple syrup since the 1980s here in the rolling hills of old Manvers Township. We manage our woodlot for sustainability and collect sap from 1,250 taps. Boiling is on a wood-fired evaporator. We take great care with the quality and flavour of our maple syrup, which is sold here at the farm and at several retail outlets. We also produce award winning honey and garlic. Please call to check we are home.
