The maple regulations page has been expanded and updated to include the new Ontario Regulation 119 along with adding in explanation of Federal regulations.

Making maple confections page has been expanded and updated with better instructions on making value added maple products.

The maple products storage page has been expanded and freshened up. It now includes all common maple products.

A new page has been added to the consumers section as a general description of pure Ontario maple syrup.

A new page has been added to the producers section providing temperature adjustments for hydrometer readings and a thinning chart for over density maple syrup.

A new permanently hosted page for Summer Tour has been added to the producers section. This page will be passed on from local to local and be updated with each years tour information as it's confirmed or announced.

The OMSPA online store has been consolidated to a single page to reflect the items that have so far been restocked since the fire. Please note that we can not currently take online payments but can accept mailed in cheques or credit cards over the phone.

Lots of changes, updates, and additions planned for the dog-days of summer. The navigation menus on the OMSPA web site have been improved and simplified so that it is easier to find things and know where you are on the web site at any given time. The Site Map has been cleaned up and reorganized along with having the link moved to the main footer so it's available at the bottom of every single page. The OMSPA Store is currently being redesigned on how it does business and the product lines being reviewed.
