The conference meetings, maple equipment dealers’ trade show, and tour banquet will be held at the NAV Centre in Cornwall. A block of rooms has been reserved under the name of “Maple Syrup Producers”. The theme for the 2013 tour is "Traditions & innovations in maple syrup production" and will feature everything from First Nations traditions to cutting edge pellet fired equipment.
