The Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association has had a lab conduct tests on pure maple syrup in order to develop generic nutritional information for pure maple syrup produced and sold within Ontario. The information listed can technically only be used by OMSPA members. Individual OMSPA producers are obligated to obtain their own nutritional testing if they feel their syrup is not adequately covered by the generic test results conducted by OMSPA. |
