This is a family festival with loads of free entertainment on 2 stages presenting big band sounds, country & western and even heavy metal. Some 30,000 visitors enjoy the all day pancake with maple syrup & sausage breakfast--sugar bush tours--midway--craft & quilt shows--town-wide vendors' market--logs awing and pancake eating contests--food & fun galore. All proceeds are used to support local projects that enhance the community well-being.

There is nothing quite as sweet as springtime, and McLean Berry Farm’s Maplefest proves this once again! Their 17th annual Maplefest will be kicking into high gear once again this spring with fun activities for the entire family. Whether it’s going for a wagon ride, eating pancakes with fresh maple syrup or seeing how the sweet stuff is made, there is something to do for everyone! Kids and kids at heart love tapping their toes and swinging their hips to live music, trying their hand at tapping a maple tree and testing their toffee on snow twirling skills to get a taste of the sweet stuff! Farm animals and fresh straw offer playtime for some, while others prefer to take a stroll through the sugarbush with a pair of snowshoes. Whatever it is you’re looking for, McLean’s Maplefest is a great way for everyone to shake off a long winter and enjoy the celebration of springs arrival!
