OMSPA Information Kit lending  service policy

 Upon reservation/shipping of the kits a deposit of $ 60 per kit will be posted to your VISA card (Sorry, no Master Card. - If you do not have a VISA card, please contact us to make alternate arrangements). Of the $ 60 the $ 15 + GST are non-refundable and cover handling and shipping the kit to you as well as maintenance of the materials. Once the kits are returned, on time, complete and in good condition, the remaining $ 45 will be refunded to you. If any of the materials are missing or damaged the cost to replace them, incl. taxes, will be deducted from the $ 45. If materials are returned late there is an additional charge of $ 1/day late deducted from your deposit refund. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the lender.

The loan time is 30 days from the date of shipping from OMSPA to you. Loans can be extended by telephone. An extension will be allowed, unless there is a waiting list for the materials. During peak usage loan time may be shorter than 30 days. In order for the OMSPA information kits lending service to run smoothly, it is of great importance that you, the lender, respect the return dates. Also, please note that, unless otherwise specified, all materials in the kits are copyright and not legal for you to copy.
